Customer Success Manager

Background

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with contract and license renewals
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customers
  • Develop a proactive contact management plan with clients
  • Assist with client onboarding
  • Look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the current client base
  • Fulfilment of small sales orders such as licenses and small desktop sales
  • Develop initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and adoption of technologies
  • Be the advocate for the client internally to resolve any queries
  • Periodic reviews with customers to ensure client satisfaction
  • Placing customer orders with various suppliers
  • Keeping contacts and information up to date within CRM
  • Call handling of general enquiries

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Experience with the Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • Previous sales or negotiation experience
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Collaborative and teamwork ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

 

Beneficial experience, skills and background for the role:

  • Good call answering and handling skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Working with the technology sector
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office licensing
