Responsibilities
- Assist customers with contract and license renewals
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customers
- Develop a proactive contact management plan with clients
- Assist with client onboarding
- Look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the current client base
- Fulfilment of small sales orders such as licenses and small desktop sales
- Develop initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and adoption of technologies
- Be the advocate for the client internally to resolve any queries
- Periodic reviews with customers to ensure client satisfaction
- Placing customer orders with various suppliers
- Keeping contacts and information up to date within CRM
- Call handling of general enquiries
