This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to gain a broad range of skills and experience supporting an Assistant Accountant, with the opportunity to learn and develop in a fast paced organisation and to help continually develop finance processes and efficiencies.

Role Duties & Expectations

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Posting of daily bank transactions
Posting purchase invoices from supplier and credit card transactions
Assist with credit control procedures
First point of contact for any sales invoice queries
Monitoring of accounts inbox, escalating when required
Purchase ledger housekeeping, including Direct Debit Allocations

Skills, Qualifications, & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent organisation and administration skills
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong numerical skills
Would like to work towards financial qualifications (AAT Level 2 and above)
Educated to GCSE – Level C and above
