As a first line engineer in our service desk you will be passionate about cloud technology and work with our clients and consultants to assess, triage, resolve and escalate support cases where applicable.
You will receive support and training across our application technology stack including M365, SharePoint, Azure, Valo, Nintex, PowerPlatform and other technologies.
