We are hiring a talented Senior Sales Executive professional to join our team. If you’re excited to be part of a winning team, Synergi is a great place to grow your career.

As a Senior Sales executive you will be passionate about cloud technology and have proven experience of selling technology projects  as part of a consultancy team.

Responsibilities for Sales Executive

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  • Research and analyse sales options
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Stay current with tech trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales / Sales management

Role Duties & Expectations

Working within our business development team, you will assist with building new sales pipeline and delivering a monthly gross profit target.

Assist the team with marketing events and seminars with presentations and technical demonstrations where required.

Synergi places a lot of emphasis on developing skills and you will be given the opportunity to attend events, user groups and actively participate in online communities to extend your technical knowledge.

You will develop with the role and be expected to train and mentor junior sales consultants and graduates within your region on both technical and professional elements of consultancy.

Skills, Qualifications, & Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Sales and Marketing or a related field is typical but not essential for the role.

You will have proven experience of technical Sales in Microsoft Cloud/Office 365/SharePoint Online projects with detailed experience in collaboration and automation solutions and experience in negotiating Managed Services support sales.

You will demonstrate strong communication skills and customer-facing experience to support leading sales presentations alongside your expert Pre sales colleagues.

Beneficial experience, skills and background of selling :

  • Intranets – SharePoint Hub/Communication sites
  • Microsoft Teams, collaboration and communication solutions.
  • Microsoft Power Platform and/or Nintex Workflow platform for process automation
  • Business Intelligence, Azure data services, PowerBI
  • Managed Services and Security solution selling
