Intelligent service delivery

  • Monitoring of critical servers, services and applications provides advanced diagnostic capabilities and increases service uptime performance.
  • Clear service schedule and SLA agreement with reporting and dashboards covering the Synergi service and your inhouse team performance where appropriate. Service reviews ensure you are getting the right levels of service at the right value.
  • An integrated shared service toolkit provides us and your teams access to the best tools for ticket management, remote access, documentation, advanced diagnostics and security management.
  • Continuous optimisation is driven through regular service reviews with analysis of the environment, ticket information and our combined expertise supporting your technology decision making.

Managed Service desk and field analysts

A customised service from a highly skilled team delivering Line 1 through to Line 3 service desk provision for your end-users and in house IT teams.  The reactive field service team will manage critical on-site incidents with both teams providing a response in line with an SLA that suits your business need.  Additional service elements include access to onsite technical analysts on a prescheduled basis at a level appropriate to support your needs.

Service monitoring and management

The team monitors all your cloud-based and on-premise servers, applications, hardware, and core systems to drive effective service delivery.  In addition, the team regularly reviews the service packs and health status of the services we protect, deploying your patch updates for you across servers and end-user devices.

Data security, networks and backup

Network, backup, and security monitoring is critical whether your service is cloud-based, hybrid or on-premise, so when incidents are detected through our advanced monitoring, the Synergi managed service team will be able to rapidly respond.  We can deliver regular assessments of your security technology and evaluate your end-users cybersecurity knowledge.
